Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend site before, during and after installation
  • Liaise with installation companies regarding installation costs
  • Monitor new projects once jobs have been uploaded
  • Monitor all incoming order acknowledgments
  • Complete necessary RAMS
  • Prepare snagging lists
  • Small furniture audits
  • Ad hoc tasks

Sustainability Manager

Furniture Dealership – Salary dependent on experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement & oversee initiatives to promote environmental sustainability within projects
  • Develop a carbon calculator for furniture projects
  • Ensure that the company complies with environmental regulations
  • Handle payments that correspond to carbon footprint
  • Implement company sustainability ESG program
  • Produce sustainability reports for projects

Project Manager

Design & Build Firm – Up to £45K


 

Our client offers creative furniture solutions for commercial spaces.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver commercial projects
  • Conduct site surveys
  • Liaise with installations teams about upcoming projects
  • Update CRM
  • Ensure floor plans & delivery notes are provided to warehouse & installation teams
  • Ensure suppliers provide correct acknowledgments
  • Ensure snagging is dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc tasks
  • Plan for project handovers with relevant teams

  • Resolve snagging issues
  • Ensure product databases are accurate at all times

  • Manage portfolio of existing accounts
  • Handle all customer needs
  • Develop and grow ongoing sales pipeline

  • Train team to make sure they are up to date with their product knowledge

  • Support the Operations team
