Vyvy&Co. are headhunters who have been specialising in the construction industry since 2017. As a collective, we understand that looking for a new role is another job in itself, so we pride themselves in making the process as stress-free as possible. We believe in the importance of developing long-lasting relationships with our clients to ensure we can find the right candidates time and time again.

Vyvy is our bubbly founder.
Vyvy is not your usual recruiter. Her super friendly approach means you don’t just walk away from this process with a swanky new job, but also an industry friend.
Anyone and everyone who knows Vyvy, knows she has a passion for travel. Her top 3 countries are Mexico, Panama & Vietnam. You'll find her taking work calls from a beautiful beach in one of those exotic locations.
CALLIE
DESIGNER / MOM
Callie is our lovely designer from New Orleans, Louisiana. She has an extensive background in graphic & UI/UX design. Callie specialises in design & user experience for global start ups. She is the mastermind behind this website and cares for user experience.
When Callie's not designing beautiful websites, you can find her knitting woolly hats for all of her friends. She even knitted the yellow hat for herself!
DARWIN
ADMINISTRATOR
Darwin is our admin awesomeness. He understands what it takes to get your CV / portfolio noticed by employers. His excellent attention to detail means he is the perfect person to make sure your CV is perfect before sending out to employers. Anything that needs tweaking on your CV / portfolio, he's your man.
In his limited spare time, he has his wonderful collection of bees that he meticulously cares for.
